This archive contains DLLs and application creation files
for use in Win3.1 and Win95.

Note that the 32-bit application and DLL make use of the original
Win32 extensions and therefore compatibility is not insured with
WinNT or Win98. See the "98_NT" for proper files for those systems.

These files compiled with BorlandC++ 4.52.
