 THE_DLL
  just the DLL used with the executables created by the projects listed
    above. If you download the projects listed above, you don't need
    this archive since it is already included in each of the archives
    listed above.

  Archive includes DLL. Note that these files make use of the Win32s

    95_98_NT directory at this Web Site. Those files contain the latest
    source code and DLL for use in Windows-NT, Windows-98, and backward 
    compatible to Windows-95
