Copy 30xSetup.zip into a new folder and extract contents.

Run "setup.exe" to install. The installation will install
 all the required runtime support for our VisualBasic 30x
 application. It will also install the application. It's
 important to note that this is an older application and
 DLL so after running the setup, if you have an installation
 disk that came with your hardware, you may want to just
 use the application, DLL, and all the other files that
 are located in it's VB folder. You can even remove the 
 entire application folder created by the setup program.

The main purpose of this installation is to install the 
 VB related DLLs and other support for those of our customers
 who are not software developers and thus, do not have VB
 development software installed which by default provides
 all the required DLLs and support to run any VisualBasic
 application.
