There are two VisualC++ GUI application formats
of our Model-301/302 USB Interface Data Acquisition 
Software. Both have ready-to-run executables, but
one also includes the source code while the other
does not:


 WITH_SRC:
   This directory contains everything required to install   
   and DEMO our Model-301/302. Included is all files which
   include all installation files, sample application, and
   complete source code for the application for use in
   VisualC++ 6.0.

 Please read the "READ_1ST.txt"
 file in that directory for complete download and usage
 information.


 WITHOUT_SRC:
   This directory contains everything required to install
   and DEMO our Model-301/302. Included is all files which
   include all installation files, and sample standard 
   Windows GUI style application.

 file in that directory for complete download and usage
 information.
