The Model 96 is a 12-bit, 2-, 4-, 6-, or 8-channel isolated analog output board. Sixteen bits each of optically isolated digital input and output are also provided. Up to half of the analog outputs can be configured as 4-20 MA current sinks. Each output channel has its own gain and offset adjustments. The Model 96 occupies an XT-type expansion slot, but because most of its circuitry is isolated from the PC bus, an external power supply is needed. The power requirement is 5 VDC at 0.5 amps and +/-12 to 15 VDC at 0.3 amps each. All inputs and outputs use one DB50 connector.

The Model 188 88-Channel Solid State Relay Board provides on/off control of up to 88 devices. The Model 188 can switch AC or DC loads up to 300 volts peak at 75 milliamps. The relays are versatile. They handle 120 VAC as well as 12 VDC. The solid state relays can be controlled by a Lawson Labs Model 201 or Model 250 Data Acquisition System or directly from a PC/XT/AT parallel port. Each relay is a single-pole, single-throw switch with both sides brought out to screw terminals. The switches are protected against over-current. All relays are in gold plated sockets. They are initialized to OFF at power-up. Each relay can be individually addressed using simple commands. Also, there is a master reset command to shut off all the relays at once. The Model 188 is available with 8 to 88 relays installed. The expandable version (Model 188EX), can be populated in the field by plugging relays into sockets. Higher current relays are available for AC-only applications. The optional relays can switch 0.25 Amps RMS at 120VAC. There is also an 8-bit general purpose counter on the board. The dimensions are 11.4 x 5.8 x 1.1 inches. The power requirement is 5 VDC at 0.8 Amps (or 9 milliamps per installed relay). A 25-pin connector serves the control side.

The Model 64 Digital Input Module is a 64-to-1 channel digital multiplexer. It allows any one of the 64 digital signals to be read through a single-bit digital input. Model 64s can be placed in parallel for wider data paths or in series to monitor thousands of points. The inputs can be logic levels or contact closures. Inputs are protected against overvoltage. The Model 64 can be controlled from a parallel port or from a Model 66 expansion Module. The Model 64 is supplied without a housing or power supply. Power requirements are 30 milliamps at 5 volts.

The Model 220 allows 24 115VAC or 220VAC inputs to be read through a PC's parallel port. Up to five Model 220s can connect to a single port. Each input is individually optically isolated. A five-bit address is used to select the desired input. A single-bit of digital information can then be read with a single input instruction. Each input is served by a pair of screw terminals on .1" centers. The Model 220 can be supplied with a DB25 connector and extender cable for connection to an LPT port or with an RJ-type connector for connection to the MB1 series of PC104 based products. With the second option, power is also provided through the RJ connector. Otherwise, a 5VDC supply at 10 MA is required. The inputs can be customized to accept lower voltage AC or DC signals. The Model 220 is provided without an enclosure or power supply. Dimensions are 5.5" long by 4.35" wide by 1" high.
