PC64GRF - DATA LOGGING SOFTWARE WITH REAL-TIME GRAPHICS

download
Manual

PC64GRF is essentially identical to PC64 except that a Model 135 A/D card is required. If an EGA or VGA monitor is available, data can be displayed graphically during high-speed sampling bursts. Plotting rates in excess of 5KHz are attainable on a fast machine. Up to 15 of the 64 available burst points can be graphed during acquisition. No data is skipped and all consecutive points are joined by lines. Each channel plots in a different color. One, two, three or four sets of axises can be displayed with one or more data points on each axis.

Manual - LOG512

LOG512 is an expanded version of Lawson Labs PC64 Data Logging Software. Up to 512 channels can be logged using Model 66 Expansion Modules and Multiplexers. Each Expansion Module allows one of the four input channels on a Lawson Labs A/D card to be expanded to 128 voltage channels or 112 thermocouple channels. With four Model 66s, 512-channel differential voltages or 448 thermocouples can be accommodated. A 512-channel single-ended system costs under $8 per channel. Thermocouples and voltages can be mixed in any combination. Voltage channels are easily modified to read current.

LOG512 is parallel in function to PC64 Data Logging Software with enhancements to speed the configuration of large systems. The burst mode is not available in LOG512. See the PC64 description for system requirements and software pricing.

ANALOG - DATA LOGGING SOFTWARE for Model 201 - up to 96 channels

download
Software Demo archive

AnaLog is a Windows® based software platform for acquiring high resolution signal data using the Lawson Labs Model 201 24-bit data acquisition hardware. This inexpensive system provides a high quality, turn-key solution for collecting data on up to 96 independent channels with 22 bits of effective resolution. Each channel can be individually configured for start/stop logging criteria, logging rate(interval), etc.. Data is logged to the PC's hard-disk in standard ASCII "flat-file" format for portability to spreadsheets and data analysis packages.

AnaLog is ideal for applications where temperatures, pressures, flows, voltages, and a wide variety of other signals need to be recorded as a function of time.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
An IBM PC/XT/AT/386/486® or compatible computer with 256K of memory and a serial port is required.

A 3-1/2" floppy drive (for AnaLog installation).

Four megabytes of memory or greater.

A serial port for the Model 201 connection.

A high speed serial port with a 16550 UART is required for Turbo Mode(single channel high speed) operation and is strongly recommended for standard operation.

A mouse.

Microsoft® DOS® version 5.0 or later.

Microsoft® Windows version 3.1 in enhanced mode.

A hard disk drive with at least four megabytes of free space for AnaLog software installation, and additional free disk space after AnaLog installation for collected data storage.

ANALOG250 - DATA LOGGING SOFTWARE for Model 250 - up to 96 channels
AnaLog 250 Data Logging Software for Windows allows Windows users to take advantage of the combination of speed and high resolution provided by our Model 250 23-Bit, Parallel-Interfaced Data Acquisition System.

AnaLog 250 uses the same intuitive point and click interface as its predecessor, AnaLog 201, for the Model 201 24-Bit System. All the conveniences of the original have been preserved while adding much higher speed acquisition capability.

All of our thermocouple conditioning modules, voltage multiplexers, and general purpose multiplexed amplifers are supported by AnaLog 250. Using multiplexers, up to 96 channels of voltage or current input, or up to 84 thermocouples, can be acquired quickly through a single standard parallel port. Because they are so similar, the AnaLog 201 demo serves also for AnaLog 250.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
An IBM PC/XT/AT/386/486® or compatible computer with 256K of memory and a serial port is required.

A 3-1/2" floppy drive (for AnaLog installation).

Four megabytes of memory or greater.

A parallel port for the Model 250 connection.

A mouse.

Microsoft® DOS® version 5.0 or later.

Microsoft® Windows version 3.1 in enhanced mode.

A hard disk drive with at least four megabytes of free space for AnaLog software installation, and additional free disk space after AnaLog installation for collected data storage.
